wood-burning and gas barbecues and picnic tables beside the creek. In the
winter months, campfires are enjoyed there too.

Booking Policy
If six months or less in advance half of the total fee is due at the time of the booking, balance at the current rate at the time of arrival. Payment of balance is required on arrival.
With groups, even though one person may have paid all deposits, they have been credited to each individual site or cabin, and will be deducted from that booking only.
$10 cash bond for Fob Key (Boomgates) is payable on arrival and is refundable on departure.
The FOB Key is to allow access In and Out of the Park during your stay.
Cancellation Policy
Low Season
During the low season, deposits will only be refunded if the park owner is notified of your cancellation prior to 9am on the day prior your scheduled arrival. If notice of your cancellation is received after 9am on the day prior to your scheduled arrival the park owner may retain the deposit paid.
Please Note: For a special event (e.g. Concerts and festivals) weekend, High & Mid Season cancellation policy applies.
High & Mid Season
Deposits for bookings made wholly or partially in high and mid seasons will be only refunded if you notify the park owner of your cancellation at least 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival. If you provide less than the required period of notice of cancellation, your deposit will only be refunded if the site or cabin that you have booked is able to be re-booked. Every effort will be made to re-book the cabin or site so that we can refund your deposit. We will accept a Raincheck for 6 months where you can use your booking at a later time.
Minimum Bookings
- Long Weekends (3 nights)
- Easter and Cup Weekend (4 nights)
- Special Events Weekend (2 nights)
- School holidays 5 days unless it backs on to an existing confirmed booking.
- Advance bookings are not taken for Saturday nights only, unless they back on to another confirmed booking. If vacancies remain on Friday, consideration will be given to 1 night.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- Check In Time is any time after 2pm & Check Out Time is by 10am.
- The latest check-in time is 8pm. Special arrangements must be made if after 8pm where a cost may be incurred depending on departure time.
- Low Season is out of school holidays and high season.
- Medium Season is school holidays
- High Season is Long weekends, Cup weekend, Easter, Christmas week (22/12 – 1/1)
